Evangelia Koutsiouki

One of the chief litigators of our firm and a key rolled lawyer, Evangelia joined KPlegal already on 2014 as a senior associate. Her impeccable way of business and highly skilled performance was soon appreciated and in 2017 she was honored with a partner position.

Evangelia’s main area of practice is civil procedure and corporate commercial disputes, , banking law, capital markets and structured finance. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Aristoteleio University of Thessaloniki and a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking and Finance Law at the University of Piraeus.She has served as legal counsel of several Investment Services Firms with regards to regulatory issues and litigation procedures and advised companies of the construction field regarding real estate transactions, as well as companies of the energy sector regarding public supply contests and contracts, drafting and negotiating of EPC agreements and day to day issues.

She has worked on financing projects and has drafted financing and security documentation in a variety of funding structures in an array of industries. She currently sits on the Board of several companies and has broad experience in advising international companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues.

She speaks Greek, English, German and French.
