Thanassis Tsironas

Thanassis is of councel partner and Proffesor of Constitutional, Administrative and Environmental Law of the Democritus University of Thrace. He litigates in Supreme Court and Council of State since 2007 and he is member of many Institutions dedicated to Administrative Law. Thanassis is one of the youngest Professor in the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace

Thanassis has plenty of academicals rewards and admissions: he has participate in common works and books, which provided to law students for further learning & teaching. He is well-known for the key-areas positions that he owned and for his ability to balance situations and interests, particularly between the citizen and the state.

From the start of his career, Thanassis had a decisive role in managing and administrating the legal services of many public organizations. He was the legal advisor of the “National Institute of Labor” of the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance, and the Special Scientific Adviser of many of the most implemental Ministries such as the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance, Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Press. He was also the legal advisor of many S.A’s with crucial importance and effect in economic situation and Market, such as SYS WARE SA and ALTEC SA. He has extensive experience in Constitutional liberties, Administration, Administrative Disputes, Public Property, Environmental Law / Urban Planning, Public Contracts, Infrastructure – Concession

He speaks Greek, English and French.
