Lambros Kitsaras

Lambros is the Founding Partner of KPlegal and one of the most prominent Professors of Civil Law in Greece. He leads the litigation and arbitration practice area of our law firm having won many trials with national and international interest. He is a dedicated expert in the field of property/real estate law, contract law and medical law. Lambros is distinguished by his creative and assertive spirit, always oriented to the client’s needs. He is a pre-eminent litigator and the go-to person for complex and delicate disputes. He also acts as an arbitrator both in national and international arbitrations.

Lambros has been the leading person of legal services and is, therefore, highly experienced in the management and consulting of major organisations and private companies, such as “Ktimatologio SA”, where he acted as director of legal services of and vice-chairman of the BoD for 12 years. Currently, he is the legal advisor and attorney at law of several ecclesiastical legal entities and legal counselor of the BoD of Public Properties Company SA (ETAD).

He is also a Professor at the National School of Judges (NSJ), and has written or contributed to many law books, articles and essays in civil and procedural law and has participated in many legislative committees. Lambros has an impressive success rate in the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) and has taken part in significant trials, which resulted in the creation of new case law.

He speaks fluently Greek, English and German.
