Nikos Pouis

Nikos joined our firm in 2017 as a partner and has since undertaken projects focused on real estate, finance and commercial law and EU regulatory.

His broad experience ranges from special issues on real estate assets and distressed debt to corporate transactions and due diligence reviews.

He graduated from University of Athens with a Degree in Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in EU law. He also holds an LLM in International Commercial Law (University College London) and an MSc in Banking and Finance (University of Piraeus).

He is admitted (Athens Bar) to practice before the Court of Appeals.

He is an Accredited Mediator in the UK.

He speaks Greek and English.
